Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Processing time is not included in the delivery time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS.

Note: For orders shipped to the Middle East region, including the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Oman, a shipping fee of USD $14.99 will be charged on all orders. Free shipping is not available for these countries. Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Way of Wade does not ship to P.O. box. Please leave your specific delivery address. For the United States, we are temporarily unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Rhode Island. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Way of Wade is not responsible for any import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, etc.).
