WAY OF WADE CLOTHING TECHNOLOGY Ⅱ

WARM AT

LI-NING WARM AT technology is one of the outstanding winter warming technologies. It is ideal for sporting players to exercise in cold weather by reducing the negative impact of cold air and low temperature, and providing body with great comfort and warmth. Equipped with LI-NING WARM AT technology, fabric is better in thermal storage and insulation effect, which can keep body warm and comfortable inside, while resisting the cold outside. This kind of fabrics have more spaces between each other, effectively grabbing more static air, and therefore achieve the warming goal. Also, these fabrics with heating or heat-reflection materials can provides warmth through active heating.

GREENSHELL

GREENSHELL technology is a recycling technology, dedicated to environmental protection. It helps in remaking clothing by generating polyester from recycled plastic waste and weaving this into recycled fabric.

ADVANCED STRETCH AIR LAYER

Advanced stretch air layer can usually be identified in shorts and pants. It provides sporting players with more and enough space for various movements. Fabric with this technology is more comfortable and breathable, and less easier to deform or get pilled, which supports good shape retention and therefore improves the overall sporting experience.

SORONA

Sorona polymer is a special material, with thirty-seven percent made from renewable plants. It is soft, responsive, and comfortable, assisting in movements to every direction, as well as better performance on court.

LIQUID AMMONIA FINISHING

Liquid ammonia finishing is a post-treatment textile process. It achieves better organization and properties of cotton fibers by immersing and rolling them in liquid ammonia. Liquid ammonia finishing can significantly improve the organizational structure of fabrics, enhance their hand feel, toughness, as well as wrinkle resistance. In addition, liquid ammonia finishing does not affect the softness, water absorption, and moisture absorption of cotton fabrics, while providing excellent heat resistance.

3D FITTING

3D FITTING is a cutting technology. It caters to the needs of sporting players and assists in flexible movements with ergonomic garment techniques. It can be mainly divided into two aspects: the wave bottom adopts a three-dimensional structure, which is convenient for stepping and jumping; the knee area is cut with extra fabric for a larger range of stretching so that sporting players can cross over and make explosive pass easily.
