For U.S. located consumers, please contact us at support@wayofwade.com. We’ll send you a return label along with instructions, and please do as the instructions said to send the package back to us. After our warehouse receives and evaluates the items, your refund will be initiated. Once the refund is approved, it will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment channel in around ten business days.
For consumers located outside of U.S., please contact us at support@wayofwade.com, and we’ll contact you via email for further negotiation.
