Way of Wade offers a 60-day return policy, which means consumers can request a return or warranty within 60 days after receiving the items.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For U.S. located consumers, please contact us at support@wayofwade.com. We’ll send you a return label along with instructions, and please do as the instructions said to send the package back to us. After our warehouse receives and evaluates the items, your refund will be initiated. Once the refund is approved, it will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment channel in around ten business days.
