Return
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or a warranty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your package upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately. Some pictures of the item need to be provided via email so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right.
Suggested care for your shoe
We do not recommend replacing our insoles with hard insoles. Any damage resulted from doing this, Way of Wade does not take any responsibilities.
Return procedures
- Please contact us at support@wayofwade.com previously if you want to return an item. Please do not send it back without contacting us.
- We'll send a return label and instructions if your return address is inside of the U.S. main territory. Due to system limitations, we regret that we are unable to generate return labels for non-US customers. We kindly request customers return the package at your own expense.
- Customer send the package to us.
- After our warehouse receives and evaluates the item (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.), the refund will be initiated.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method around 10 business days.
