Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Processing time is not included in the delivery time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Way of Wade does not ship to P.O. box. Please leave your specific delivery address. For the United States, we are temporarily unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Rhode Island.
Return
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or a warranty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
